The 2025–2026 Sault Ste. Marie High School Boys Basketball season schedule has officially been released, setting the stage for another exciting year of local hardwood action. Fans will once again be able to follow every play with full live and on-demand coverage of the Superior Heights Steelhawks, St. Mary’s Knights, Korah Colts, and White Pines Wolverines, all available through SSTV and True North Radio.
The season tips off on Thursday, December 4, 2025, featuring a pair of marquee matchups: the Knights visiting the Wolverines, and the Steelhawks heading to Korah, where SSTV/True North Radio will be on location to capture the opening-night energy. With talent across all four programs and a packed schedule ahead, high school hoops fans are in for a thrilling season from start to finish.
On December 4, the student-athletes of Sault Ste. Marie High School Junior and Senior Boys Basketball will once again have the chance to earn the “Athlete of the Game” honour, proudly presented by Team Essentials and Wendy’s Restaurants of Sault Ste. Marie. After its successful introduction last season, the award returns to spotlight outstanding performance, leadership, and sportsmanship on the court. Each game day, one athlete from the participating teams will be recognized for their impact, bringing added excitement and motivation as the 2025–2026 basketball season tips off.
