Korah coach Marco Bernabucci told Saultsports that “I thought our guys played a full four quarters this week. As a staff we were very happy with how our young guys stepped in and we didn’t miss a beat. We still have some things to clean up and work on but we will enjoy this and get back to work Monday.”
After a loss to the Colts, Superior Heights coach Jared Klooster said that “as a coaching staff we saw some improvements today, but we need to execute more effectively and avoid turnovers. Our offense had some sustained drives, but fumbled deep in Korah end. Our defense need to work on containing our opposition’s offense to be more successful.
The Steelhawks will take on the White Pines Wolverines on Thursday, October 6th in a 5:45 p.m start while the Colts meet the St Mary’s Knights on Friday, October 7th with a 4:45 p.m kickoff.
