After a three point game, Caleb Wood told Saultsports that “Im just happy we won the game we knew this was a huge game and we just tried to follow up the game before and play our best hockey. From our goalie to defence to forward we all played our part and won it together.  As for the three points obviously, I am happy, but it was great plays from other guys on the team I just had to put them in the net, the win that made me feel best and speaking for our team we all came together and won it side by side for each other.”

Game seven and the final game of the 2020 – 2021 season, the Thunderbirds and Beavers close out the season in game seven of the 2021 COVID Cup in Sault Ste Marie in a Sunday, March 28th afternoon matinee with a 2:00 p.m puck drop at the John Rhodes Centre.
