Three swimmers will represent the Sault Surge Aquatic Team at the upcoming 2026 Ontario Summer Swimming Championships to be held at the Toronto Pan-Am Sports Centre pool. Racing begins Wednesday July 8, 2026 at 8:30a.m and continues through to Sunday July 12, 2026.
Close to 1000 swimmers representing over 100 swim clubs from across the province are expected to be competing.
Andrew Li, Sophia Li, and Emma Vallee will each compete in multiple events over the course of the five- day event.
Swimmers will be racing during the preliminary sessions each day that will be seeded by time with swimmers with the top 10 times in each age group advancing to the ‘A’ finals each evening. Some events will include a ‘B’ final with swimmers ranked 11th through 20th place in each age group. The age groups for both males and females are 14 and under; 15-16; 17 and over.
