The Soo AAA U13 Greyhounds joined 19 other teams over the November 25th to 28th weekend in Whitby, Ontario to participate in the 2021 International Silver Sticks.

The Greyhounds finished round robin play in second in group two on Saturday, November 27th with a two win, one tie and a loss before heading to the quarter finals Sunday morning against the group one first place Quinte Red Devils in a 7:30 a.m start. After their 4 – 2 quarter win, the Soo took a 4 – 3 win at 11:50 a.m from the London Jr Knights in the 2021 Silver Sticks semi final to advance to a 3:25 p.m Sunday championship matchup against the Peterborough Petes. In a hard fought final, the Greyhounds were handed a 4 – 1 loss to the Petes in Whitby.

The Soo U12 Greyhounds finished the round robin with 12 goals for and nine against in this year’s Silver Sticks in Whitby, Ontario.
