The 2025 Sault Ste. Marie High School Junior and Senior Football season is set to kick off in grand fashion on September 6 with the highly anticipated John Croshuk Classic at Superior Heights Field. The day will feature four exciting matchups, starting with a senior clash between the St. Mary’s Knights and the Superior Heights Steelhawks at 10:00 a.m., followed by their junior teams taking the field at 1:00 p.m. The action continues at 4:00 p.m. with the White Pines Wolverines battling the Korah Colts in senior play, before the junior squads close out the day under the lights at 7:00 p.m. Don’t miss this thrilling start to the season packed with talent and tradition.
