Sabercat U16 coach Will Basawa told Saultsports that “Huronia is, as advertised, a top quality opponent. We came into the game flat and dug ourselves into a hole that why we just couldn’t find our way out of. It’s not great to take back to back losses but with an upcoming bye week, I feel we will look at all available solutions moving forward.”

As far as keeping this momentum going; we need to have another mentally focused week of practice first off. This is Sudbury week, so it’s always going to be competitive when you play a rival. Our guys will be ready for the task and prepared to close out our three week road stint.
