The number of Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) teams remaining to see who will join the host Summerside Western Capitals at 2026 Centennial Cup, presented by Tim Hortons, is now down to 18.
Each of the nine members CJHL leagues have reached the finals stage to see who captures their respective titles and punches their ticket to Summerside for the national Jr. A event, which runs May 7-17, at Credit Union Place.
The host Western Capitals fell at home in the seventh game in their seminal series against the Truro Bearcats in Maritime Hockey League action.
