Position: Forward
Team (2025/2026): Soo U15 AAA Greyhounds

What are the biggest areas of your game you’re focusing on improving this offseason?
I think just making time and space for myself is a big one looking to create opportunities for a good scoring chance.

How do you plan to balance on-ice training, off-ice conditioning, and recovery over the summer?
I’ll be on the ice or in the gym almost everyday preparing for the big upcoming season.

Are there any specific skills (skating, shooting, strength, hockey IQ) you’ve set goals for, and how will you measure progress?
I’m working on improving my shot a lot. I think it’s a big key factor in the game and that’s something I wanna use a lot.

What lessons are you taking from this past season that will shape how you train and prepare for next year?
Just the compete level in the gym and on the ice really helped me mold myself to what type of player I was this year and want to carrying on the my U16 season.

What motivates you most heading into the offseason, and what are your expectations for yourself when you return?
My expectations for my U16 season is just my level of compete and intensity. I want to bring every shift also. I think a key from last year was getting to know the boys before the season starts so when it comes game time our positivity is what brings us the best when we step on the ice.
