Coming of a loss and tie weekend on August 7 and 8 in Central Soccer League (CSL) action in the GTA, the U18 Soo City United girls hit the road for two matchups on August 14 and 15 against the SC Toronto and West Toronto soccer programs in CSL action.
Game One (August 14)

Coach Steve Mazzuca told Saultsports that “the girls had a great weekend in Southern Ontario this past weekend. With the coaching staff have made a few adjustments in regards to formation which has been working well. This U18 girl’s program is brand new and is a combination of ’04s and ’05’s. It took a few games to get them to mesh but we’re confident that the successful will continue.”
Next up for the U18 Soo City United will be over the August 21 and 22 weekend back in the GTA when they face the Oshawa Kicks on Saturday evening before meeting Cherry Beach Sunday morning in CSL soccer action.
