On October 1, 2022 in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Saultsports TV will open the month of October with coverage of the St Mary’s College Knights of the Sault Ste Marie High School Football League hosting the number one high school football program in the nation, the Huron Heights Warriors.

The Warriors from Newmarket, Ontario come into the exhibition matchup in the fall of 2022 after a 14 – 6 Independent Bowl win over the St Thomas More CSS Knights of Hamilton, Ontario at the 2021 OFSAA Independent Bowl championship.

St Mary’s Knights senior coach told Saultsports that “it will be nice to get a look at one of the top teams in the province in our home city. When the chance to play them come up we were very happy. We feel we are going to be a very strong team next season and we feel this challenge will help make us a better team.”

The voices of Saultsports TV football Ryan Lillington and Tony Boniferro will be on the mics for this exhibition clash on October 1st at Superior Heights.
