Coming off a 42 – 7 win over the Clarington Knights on June 1st, the second place (3-0) Sault U16 Sabercats hit the road to Aurora, Ontario to face the first place (3-0) York Lions on Sunday, June 9th in OSFL ‘AA’ East division action.

Sabercat coach Will Basawa told Saultsports that “it was tough Loss against a great team today. It came down to simple football, they were able to execute their bread and butter and we were not. We have to go back to basics and understand where we have to get to in order to be successful.”

Next action for the Sault U16 Sabercats will be on June 15th when they head to Barrie, Ontario to face the Huronia Stallions in a 2:00 p.m kickoff.
