Week five of the junior and senior girls Sault Ste Marie High School Volleyball season opened with White Pines Wolverines facing the Voyageurs at École Notre-Dame-du-Sault while the Superior Heights Steelhawks headed to St Mary’s College to take on the Knights on Tuesday, January 16th.
Junior
St. Mary’s Knights defeated Superior Heights Steelhawks (2-0): 25-2, 25-15
White Pines Wolverines defeated École Notre-Dame-du-Sault Voyageurs (2-0): 25-18, 25-11
Senior
St. Marys Knights defeated Superior Heights Steelhawks (2-0): 25-18, 25-8
École Notre-Dame-du-Sault Voyageurs defeated White Pines Wolverines (2-0): 25-14, 25-15
Next action in junior and senior girls Sault Ste Marie High School volleyball will be on Wednesday, January 17th when the Knights meet the Wolverines at White Pines as well as the Voyageurs heading west to hit the court against the Colts at Korah Collegiate. Game times will be 4:00 p.m (junior) and 5:00 p.m (senior).
