“Our team is feeling good heading into the weekend, our focus at practice was excellent this week. If we can execute our game plan and play mistake free football we’ll be in good shape to come away with a win,” said U18 Sabercat coach Jamie Antonello.
Sabercat U16 coach Will Basawa told Saultsports that “Huronia is ranked #1 in pretty much all the polls the OSFL is reflected in. We think they are a great program and know it’s going to be a battle. Defensively I think we need to just keep playing the way we have been. Offensively I think we need to just settle into a rhythm this week and play some Sault Ste Marie Football. Being on the road is tough with the U16 group but the staff has been overjoyed with their ability to travel and get into game time mentally fast.”
