The Soo Thunderbirds will be hosting a preseason showcase in Sault Ste Marie over the Saturday August 31st or Sunday September 1st that promises to be an exhilarating event for both players and fans alike with the Soo Thunderbirds hosting the Soo Eagles, Elliot Lake Vikings, and Espanola Paper Kings taking part in this two day event. Set against the picturesque backdrop of this northern Ontario city, the showcase will bring together some of the most promising young hockey talents from across the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League.

Over the course of the event, junior ‘A’ hockey fans will be treated to high-octane games that highlight the skills, speed, and strategy of emerging stars. For scouts and coaches, it’s an invaluable opportunity to evaluate potential recruits and make strategic decisions ahead of the upcoming season.
