Trysten Kahtava had an outstanding performance at the race in Waterloo, setting a new personal record (PR) for the 6k with an impressive time of 23:47. Demonstrating resilience and endurance, he followed up this achievement the very next day with a strong showing at the Local Trail Trot, where he finished 7th overall in the 5k race.

Kahtava displayed remarkable consistency across back-to-back races, showcasing his ability to compete at a high level even under demanding conditions.

Dylan Garson also had a great race, ending with a time of 23:33.9 averaging a pace of 5:32.6.

Noah Missere ended the race with a time of 26:09.1.
