Our goals is to be league champions and we still have a lot of work to get their. The girls have truly come together and the coaches are confident that continued success is achievable with consistent performance.”
The Sault girls are unique to the league’s division. We are the only team that has to travel 71/2 hours before games and play two 90 minute games in two days. All other team have very limited travel and play games three sometimes four days a part. These circumstances truly influence consistent play but the girls have proven to be resilient and battle hard every game. The Sault will the face the division leaders three times during the next four weeks. The coaching staff are very proud and are looking forward to watching these girls finish the season strong,” said Mazzuca.
Next up in Central Soccer League action, the Soo 18U City United will take their 3-2-5 record into September 11 and 12 to meet the SC Toronto and East York with game times of 6:00 p.m on Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m.
