The Sault Rapids Basketball will be hosting a basketball summer league for boys (GOING INTO) Grades 7/8, Boys (GOING INTO) Grades 9/10, and Girls (GOING INTO) Grades 7/8/9/10!
*If your child is going into either grade 6 or grades 11/12, please feel free to register anyway and we will do our best to accommodate (if we get enough players). Categories subject to change given registration numbers.
All games will be at Sault College HWC Gymnasium.
Games days will be Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m. Games will consist of 2 x 20 minute halves (running time except free throws). You just come for your game and not the entire time slot. Games will have two referees. Exact times will depend on registration results. FIBA rules and regulations.
Games start the week of July 13 and go to the week of August 24 (one week of drafts, four weeks of regular season and two weeks of playoffs).
The first week will consist of draft games and from there we will make even teams.
PLAYERS OF ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS ARE WELCOME! FANS ARE ENCOURAGE TO ATTEND GAMES!
Cost is: $200 Per Athlete
This cost includes a Reversible Sault Rapids Jersey (to keep) and 10 guaranteed games (plus drafts and playoffs) with referees!
