Even more exciting, the competition, which is scheduled on Saturday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, will be hosted by players from the Sault College Cougars Women’s Hockey Team- 2023 ACHA Div 2 Champions.
Following the competition, the Cougars welcome players, family, friends and fans to drop in to room A on the concourse at the NCC for an interactive meet and greet experience.
Just as the premiere season of the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) has elevated the visibility and popularity of women’s hockey across the world, the SFHA hopes to inspire a new generation of female athletes with an exciting weekend of girls hockey right here in the Soo. We welcome everyone to come out and cheer on our Jr Greyhounds girls hockey teams and celebrate the growing landscape of women’s ice hockey!
