Multi-Sport Combine Event happening at Algoma University, on March 23-24th weekend.

The Park(tm), a SportsTesting Company will be at The George Leach Centre all weekend to provide performance testing for athletes of all ages.

Athletes can choose to participate in one or multiple sport-specific evaluation packages for no additional cost, making this a great opportunity to build a 360-degree profile of their current athletic abilities.

Rebel Gym has partnered with The Park and Avenue Sports Management for this event because we know having performance measures is only the starting point for athletic development. In addition to the in-depth report card to take home we’re also going to include:

4-week Athletic Readiness training program designed to prepare athletes to handle the shapes and positions of the combine and perform them at high velocities to reduce or produce force while moving through space. Recommended to be used before the Combine but is also a good foundation program before starting a new sport or off-season dryland program.

Post-Combine Workshop: Building a Long-Term Athletic Development and Performance Blueprint with Strength and Conditioning Coach Tyler Belanger.

An onsite Avenue Sports Management Representative to answer any of your questions on how to pursue athletic and scholarship goals
