After just a short break with opening the 2022 short track racing season on July 14th, the engines will roar and return to Laird Raceway on July 21st for Thursday Night Thunder.

The opening week of the 2022 racing season at Laird Raceway had 50+ cars and 2,500+ people watching their favourite local drivers vying for a chance to capture the checkered flag in their respective class. Come down to Laird Raceway on Thursday, July 21st to watch the Super Late Models, Service Rental Factory Stocks, NAPA Auto Parts Michigan Modifieds, Atomic Blonde Factory Fours, and the Lakeway Automotive Enduro classes when the green flag drops at 7:00 p.m. Grandstands will open at 5:00 p.m while the pit gates to open at 4:00 p.m.
