A look at the names of those competing in the American Hockey League this season, you’ll find there are currently 71 Canadian Junior Hockey League alumni on various AHL rosters.

Of the 32 AHL clubs, 29 of them boast at least one CJHL alumnus in their respective line-ups, with 21 teams sporting multiple former CJHLers on their squads.

The Springfield Thunderbirds, who are the AHL affiliate of the St. Louis Blues, have six previous CJHL players with them, while the Rockford IceHogs (Chicago Blackhawks) have five.
