The Elite 8 Basketball Academy is excited to provide a new program for all Varsity (High School) aged girls looking to improve their shooting, and their ability to finish at the rim.

Players will be be put through high volume non-contact drills (a guided defense) that will help them to improve both phases of their game. The majority of drills will include decision making, which will help their skills transfer to game situations.

Coaches will evaluate each players shot. Players will then receive specific individual drills to improve their mechanics on their own, during their Academy session, and while at their High School practices.

Sessions will run every Sunday starting September 25th for 8 weeks from 4:00 p.m – 5:00 p.m at the Health and Wellness Centre gym located at Sault College.

Price for this program is $150.00. Players can join at anytime during this Program at a prorated rate.
