Sault Youth Soccer Club is calling out all to all current and new players interested in playing competitive soccer in the 2023/2024 season. You must be born between 2006 – 2011 (U13 – U18).
A registration process has been established to determine number of interested players and what age group teams will be offered next season. Cost for tryouts is $10 plus taxes.
Soo City United Competitive program player expectations:
- All players must register online to be eligible for tryouts
- Practice 2 to 3 times a week and one game on Wednesdays at the NCC from November – May
- Attend up to 6 tournaments or participate in a Regional League (WRSL) (April – August)
- Ontario Indoor Cup (January/February)
- Play with team in the Men’s and Women’s League in Sault Ste Marie (2 games per week – June – August)
- Practice 3 to 4 times per week (June – August)
Tryout dates and times to be announced. (Tryouts will take place at the end of August). Registration deadline is August 14.

Please indicate what age group you are interested in coaching. Minimum qualifications to coach: Soccer for Life, Making Ethical Decisions, Making Headway and Respect in Sport.
