SMHA Rep Hockey Tryouts Announced for 2021-2022

Hockey is back and so is rep hockey!

Tryout schedules for 2021-2022. The first tryouts are scheduled to begin on September 10th.

U10 AA Tryouts (Birth year 2012)

Tryout Dates:

MON 9/13 – 6pm-8pm Rankin (Skills)
TUE 9/14 – 5:30pm-6:30pm GFL (Scrimmage)
WED 9/15 – 6pm-7pm @ Rankin (Scrimmage)
THU 9/16 – 6pm-7pm @ Rankin (Scrimmage)

Information:
Players will be required to bring their own water bottles and we ask that only one parent accompany their child in the dressing room, if necessary.
Players will be assigned a jersey each session and are asked to not switch them. Our coaching staff has extremely high expectations both on and off the ice and we expect the players to listen, work hard and behave at all times. It is a privilege to represent our city and the Soo Jr Greyhounds.

U11 AA Tryouts (Birth year 2011).

TUE 9/14 – 6:30pm-8:30pm @ JR2 (Skills)
THU 9/16 – 6:30pm-8:30pm @ JR 2 (Skills)
SAT 9/18 – 12pm-2pm @ JR2 (Scrimmage)
SUN 9/19 – 10:30am-12:30pm @ JR2 (Scrimmage)

SAT 9/11 – 7pm-8pm @ JR1 (Scrimmage 2)
SUN 9/12 – 9am-10am @Rankin (Scrimmage 3)

Information:

Players and parents are asked to follow all the health and safety guidelines.
No parents will be permitted in the dressing room areas. If players require assistance staff will be present to help.
Players must bring their own water bottle and will be assigned a jersey. Players will be expected to display exemplary behaviour at all times both on and off the ice.
