The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL) announced Tuesday, August 26th the game schedule for its annual Showcase event, which goes October 7-8, at Gerry McCrory Countryside Sports Complex, in Sudbury.

The current 11 NOJHL clubs will be joined by St. Andrew’s College, a prestigious prep school based out of Aurora, Ont., just north of Toronto, to round out the 12-team field.

St. Andrew’s is fresh off having two players from it’s 2024-25 roster selected in the most recent National Hockey League Draft.

The SAC Saints have also had at least one of their former players chosen in each of the past nine NHL drafts, with 16 of their alumni taken overall.

“We welcome the addition of St. Andrew’s College to our 2025 Showcase,” stated NOJHL commissioner Robert Mazzuca.

“They bring a quality program of sustained success that should provide a stern test for both them and our member clubs at the two-day event,” added Mazzuca.

All 12 of the contests will count towards the overall regular season standings as will the game statistics from each match-up.
