WHITE PINES vs. ST. MARY’S
“The knee feels just fine thanks”
Ashlyn Noble poured in a league high 28 points to lead the St. Mary’s Knights to 73-28 victory over the White Pines Wolverines. Ella Zachary and Payton Magli had 10 and 9 points respectively for the Knights. A strong defense and great ball movement lead to easy transition points and great looks at the rim for Noble and her teammates. Chloe Cormier led all White Pines scorers with 12 points while teammate Lexi Pine chipped in with 7.
SUPERIOR HEIGHTS vs. KORAH
“Lafrance and Co. make an early statement”
Korah Colt’s Lucy Lafrance poured in 15 points , and teammate Delaney Elliott scored 12 as the Colts defeated the Superior Heights Steelhawks 58-34. The Colt’s defence and overall height proved to be the difference as they pulled away in the second half. Leading the way for the Steelhawks was Taya Shackleton with 12 points. Sadie Grawbarger had a strong game on both sides of the floor and had 9 points.

“Magli leads the way”
Sienna Magli scored 9 points and teammate Abby Jaremko added 8 as the Knights cruised to a 40-15 victory over the Wolverines. The Knights played a strong team game on both sides of the floor.
Olivia Hiscock scored 8 points in a losing effort.
SUPERIOR HEIGHTS vs. KORAH
“Nouh Dominates”
Joudy Nouh had 10 points and an astounding 10 steals leading the Colts to a 50-28 win over the Steelhawks. The Colts Addy Tremblay and Bianca Biagini both had strong games and chipped in 8 points a piece. The Colts came out on fire against the young Superior Heights team and scored the games first 14 points. The Steelhawks settled down after that and played them close to even the rest of the way. Leading the way for the Steelhawks was Priya Rasaiah with 6 points. Teammate Cecelia Meade had a strong game and scored 4 points.
