The Centennial Cup, Canada’s National Junior A Championship, returns to Fort McMurray from May 6-16. The tournament was previously held in the city in 2000, when the host Oil Barons captured their lone national title on home ice. Overall, it will mark the seventh time Alberta has welcomed the best Junior A teams in the country.

We look forward to working closely with our partners in Fort McMurray to create a memorable experience that will leave a lasting legacy for the region and for Canadian junior hockey.”
