In the second game of the evening on Sunday, November 17th, the Korah Colts delivered one of their strongest outings of the season, powering to a 11–0 win over the CASS Huskies in Sault Ste. Marie High School Hockey League action at the John Rhodes Centre. Entering the matchup at 2–2 and sitting third in the standings, the Colts showcased a complete team effort from start to finish, while the Huskies (2–4) struggled to find an answer to Korah’s relentless pressure.

Korah wasted no time taking control in the opening period, beginning with Bodie Belair’s fourth of the season at 12:54, set up by Deago Campagna and Tyler Neveau. Belair struck again just seven minutes later, burying his fifth of the campaign off a feed from Kaidyn Beaird to extend the lead. The Colts capped off a strong first period at 3:47 when Koen Manchulenko notched his sixth of the season, finishing a passing play from Ryan Johnson and Tyler Lang to make it 3–0.

The momentum kept rolling in the second frame. At 13:40, Gavin Avery recorded his first goal of the season, assisted by Lang, before Campagna added his sixth just over a minute later with help from Manchulenko. Korah’s offensive depth continued to shine as they took a commanding 5–0 lead into the final period.

The third period was all Colts, who erupted for seven more goals. Manchulenko began the onslaught with a powerplay marker at 13:35—his seventh of the year—set up by Belair. Lang made it 7–0 just four minutes later with his third of the season, assisted by Martino Coccimiglio and Manchulenko. The Colts continued to dominate as Manchulenko completed a hat trick at 8:02, followed by Campagna scoring back-to-back goals at 7:07 and 6:36 to push the lead to double digits. Jackson Burrows rounded out the scoring at 4:56, notching his first of the season with Manchulenko picking up yet another assist.

With the win, the Colts improve to 3–2 and gain significant momentum heading into their next matchup. The Huskies will look to regroup quickly as they meet the White Pines Wolverines on Monday, November 17th at the John Rhodes Centre. Korah returns to action on Tuesday, November 18th for a 1:00 p.m. puck drop against the St. Mary’s Knights, also at John Rhodes Centre.
