The All Girls Summer Skills’ basketball camp morning sessions are designed for elementary and beginner girl basketball players who want to work on their fundamental skills and decision making. Most of the focus will be on developing strong fundamental skills in shooting, passing, dribbling and footwork., while the afternoons are designed for high school girls basketball players who want to tune up on their basketball skills and decision making before the school year starts. There will be a variety of drills to help the participants better themselves in shooting, dribbling, passing, finishing, footwork and defensive/offensive strategy.
It’s our goal at the All-Girls Summer Skills Basketball Camp to enhance and improve players’ skill levels through fundamentals, decision making and small-sided games. There will be quality instruction and coaching, while establishing a positive and enriching environment based on teamwork, sportsmanship and having fun. This is a great opportunity for participants to learn from our Algoma varsity women’s basketball players & coaches.
