Registration for the upcoming 2026–27 Soo Greyhound U12–U18 AAA tryouts has officially open on April 1, with a cost of $75 per player. These tryouts represent an important opportunity for athletes to showcase their skills and compete for a spot at the highest level of minor hockey. Players are encouraged to come prepared and ready to perform, as the evaluation process will begin immediately upon stepping on the ice.

Due to the competitive nature of AAA hockey, cuts may be made following the first hour of each session. This ensures that the evaluation process remains efficient while giving players a fair opportunity to demonstrate their abilities early. Athletes should approach the tryouts with intensity, focus, and a strong work ethic from the very first shift.

With ongoing ice time allocation challenges and multiple events taking place at local arenas, adjustments were necessary.
