Week Three of Thursday Night Thunder Hits the Track at Laird Raceway on July 31st

The engines will roar once again at Laird Raceway on Thursday, July 31st as Thursday Night Thunder returns for Week Three of the 2025 season. Fans can expect another action-packed night of local stock car racing, with the green flag dropping at 7:15 p.m.

In the Super Late Model division, second-year standout Jordan Rocchetta (#33) leads the way with 60 points, looking to build on his strong start to the season. Just eight points behind sits seasoned veteran Jordan Sims (#47) with 52 points, while Mike Heinonen (#724) rounds out the top three with 50 points, setting up a tight battle atop the standings.

The Modified division sees the return of Dustin Jackson (#61) to the track, and he’s made an immediate impact—holding the top spot with 63 points. Right behind him are brother-in-laws Jerry Ross (#01) and Mark Laakso (#84) in second and third place, continuing a close family rivalry that adds extra excitement to this week’s race.

In the Factory Stock division, youth is leading the charge. Owen Brown (#12) sits first with an impressive 73 points, followed by Xavier Carter (#29) and Shanna Harten (#711), who are tied for second with 58 points each.

The Factory Four division is led by Dyllen Sherrard (#16) with 60 points, while rookie driver Chris Pinder (#14) sits just six points back with 54 points, and Kayleigh Tucker (#04) rounds out the top three with 51 points.

In the Enduro division, drivers have had only one chance to compete so far this season. Dayne Lorenzo (#19) holds a slim lead with six points, followed closely by Chris Pinder (#95) with five points and Eric Sylvestre (#44) with four points.
