Garden River’s Lincoln Moore Named 2025 Most Sportsmanlike Player at National Championships in Calgary

Hockey Canada announced Sunday, May18th that Greater Sudbury Cubs forward Lincoln Moore has been named the Most Sportsmanlike Player at the 2025 Centennial Cup Calgary.

In five games at the national Jr. A event, the 19-year-old from Garden River, Ontario’s led Greater Sudbury in scoring with seven points on five goals and two assists.

His tally total in round robin player were the third most among the 10 competing teams.

Others earning Centennial Cup award accolades were:

MVP: Anthony Hall, Rockland Nationals (CCHL)

Top Goaltender: Ashton Sadauskas, Kam River Fighting Walleye (SIJHL)

Top Defenceman: Nathan Maloney, Calgary Canucks (AJHL)

Top Forward: Anthony Hall, Rockland Nationals (CCHL)
