EJ Ballers of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario has introduced new programs to their fall and winter basketball schedules starting November 8th.
Etienne ‘EJ’ Jacquet who is the head coach of the men’s Algoma OUA Thunderbirds of Algoma University has designed programs that will help kids have fun and learn the game of basketball. Etienne is very excited about the opportunity to teach and develop the youth of Sault Ste Marie and Algoma in a fun basketball environment at Algoma University.
Group Development (November 2022)
Boys and Girls for grade three to eight.
The registration cost for these group development sessions will be $200.00 on Monday (7:00 p.m) and Wednesday (7:00 p.m). Dates will be from November 21, 2022 – December 14, 2022.
Individual Skill Development (November 2022 – December 2022)
Individual sessions that are designed for athletes that are determined and passionate to take their basketball skills to the next level.
The registration cost will be $40.00 per one hour session. Payment is due prior to the sessions.
These sessions will take place on Tuesday (7:00 p.m) and Wednesday (8:30 p.m). Dates will be from November 8, 2022 – December 14, 2022.
Group Development (January 2023)
Boys and Girls for grade three to eight.
The registration cost for these group development sessions will be $200.00 on Monday (7:00 p.m) and Wednesday (7:00 p.m). Dates will be from January 2, 2023 – February 15, 2023.
Travel Team (2023)
EJ Ballers will be offering boys grade nine to twelve an opportunity to represent Sault Ste Marie with a travel team from March 14, 2023 to July 2023. Dates will be Tuesday and Thursday will a beginning time of 7:00 p.m.
The registration cost for the EJ Ballers travel teams will be $900.00 with the cost of fundraising cards included in registration costs.
All EJ Ballers programs will take place on the Algoma University campus in the George Leach Centre.
