 2010 Sault Ste. Marie Boy’s Regional Training Centre

The Regional Training Centres (RTC) are patterned after the Centre for Performance Program (CP) and strive to provide athletes an opportunity to enhance their basketball skill level in preparation for regional teams (BDP/MDP/JDP), provincial teams (U15 and U17) and the Nike CP – Ontario. In addition to this, they promote individual skill development, team concepts development, strength and agility education development, time management, and planning and personal development skills.
The RTC program will target athletes aged 11 to 14 who will attend multiple sessions being held at Korah Collegiate. Â
This year’s Sault Ste. Marie Regional Training Centre (RTC) will be coached by: Jeff Giovanatti, Winston Ivey, Ryan Vetrie, and other local community coaches. Â
First session will be Sunday, January 31st 2010. Registration will begin at noon and the 1st session will run from 12:30-3pm. Cost for this year’s Regional Training Centre is $200.00. Cheques should be made payable to: Basketball Ontario. All participants will receive: Nike shorts, Nike reversible jersey and a basketball. If you have any further questions, please e-mail:Â
