HONORING THE TOP HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARS, ATHLETES, AND CITIZENS IN ALGOMA

Introducing the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program, this will honour more the most esteemed high school seniors in partnership with the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program Committee. The leadership award-honorees are well-rounded young men and woman who excel in learning, performing, and leading in the class room, on the field and in the community.

Like The Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program, the Maitland Ford program believes in the pursuit of athletic and academic excellence with integrity. And in addition to honouring student accomplishments, the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program inspires all future high school students to pursue their higher education goals.

Every year, the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program Program will team up to recognize Algoma’s most esteemed high school Seniors. The culmination of this process takes place in June in conjunction with the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program and the high school graduation presentation. It’s here, this partnership ensures that high school winners enjoy the prestige recognition for their tremendous achievements.

Through the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program Program, Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program achieves this purpose, both by honoring the achievements of exceptional students and by providing a platform for continued growth and success. This scholar athlete program elevates students by making it possible for them to take advantage of new opportunities, ensuring they are recognized for a job well done, and inspiring them to continue achieving their best.

In these ways, the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program changes the lives of two scholar athletes every year. And that allows Maitland Ford to be more than a place to get a great automobile.

Students who apply for the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program are already winners! They excel in class, in sports, and in the community. To honor as many high achievers as possible, the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete award program is divided into a number of stages.

Seniors from every school and every state get recognized. Plus, all future high school graduates can take advantage of program resources and scholarship information to get closer to their goals of higher education.

MAITLAND FORD – SAULTSORTS ULTIMATE ATHLETE AWARD PROGRAM STAGES AND AWARDS

Application Winners
Every senior who applies for the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program receives:

• A 2013 Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program Official Certificate recognizing participation in the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete award program and the applicant’s proven ability to learn, perform, and lead.

2 Award Winners
The judging panel will select 1 senior male and 1 senior female from one of the 8 high schools in Algoma will be named the Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program Winners. Winners receive:

• Graduation presentation of Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program Award and Scholarship
• Maitland Ford - Saultsports Ultimate Athlete Program Trophy
• $ 500 scholarship award towards post-secondary education
• Scholarship will be given start to post-secondary institution (student has 24 months to have award provided to them towards their post-secondary)
